Saturday Morning the Young Adults prepare for a journey to Baltimore
The Young Adults of the Cathedral and the YAM of the Archdiocese had a day trip to Baltimore Saturday, April 9. The day included a tour of the Basilica of the Assumption, Lunch, a visit to the Walters Art Gallery and the Saturday Vigil Mass back at the Basilica.
The highlight of this trip was an exhibit at the Walters Art Gallery – Treasure of Heaven Exhibit: Saints, Relics and Devotions in Medieval Europe.
Young Adults Attend Theology on Tap
The Archdiocese of Washington Spring Theology on Tap series continued on Tuesday, March 29th with Fr. Kevin Regan taking the stage to give a talk called “In Search of Forgiveness.”
Theology on Tap is a program of the Office of Young Adult Ministry that reaches out to young adults interested in exploring the role of faith in their daily lives. Theology on Tap provides an opportunity to not only learn about the Catholic faith, but also mix and mingle with young adults from across the DC metro area. The spring series is entitled, “I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For,” and will run on Tuesday evenings through April 12.
